How we model our studies…
We approach each study as if it’s for our own business – namely, what we would want to see to prove viability of the concept. We start each study with two questions:
- Is there a need for this product or service?
- Can it succeed ‘at this location’?
Each study is customized to the client’s needs. We have a full list of factors to analyze depending on who is the intended reader of the study: a bank, SBA, USDA, EB-5 Visa, investor or internal use.
